The down stairs weighs area has everything you could possibly need, there is so much variety from machines, to free weights to HIIT equipment! The upstairs boxing area is incredible, it’s spacious, mirrored well, and always so clean! One thing that stands out, Trainers are so passionate & love their job 💯💯🥊🥊

Google Mapsi have trained at many gyms in my time and team hachem is by far the best one. joe is a very experienced trainer who always has time for his fighters. the gym has a very good vibe with a friendly environment.
