I called for advice due to suffering cold symptoms, cough, runny nose, chills and due to not being able to get to the chemist to pick up the recommended medication the boss MG offered to deliver it even tho they were closing and they were at my door in minutes!!! Absolutely recommend this chemist/ service Thank you so much!!

Google MapsEmergency situation on a Sunday. We live a few hours from a friend, who has cerebral palsy and is a diabetic requiring daily insulin injections. Today his NovoPen broke and he had no way of getting to a replacement. He lives with his mother, who recently had heart surgery and cannot drive. We rang half a dozen pharmacies in the area but no one could assist. Thankfully, MG at TerryWhite Chemmart, Beenleigh was sympathetic and arranged for someone to deliver the NovoPen. The staff we spoke to at the Pharmacy were friendly, helpful and very understanding. Awesome service. Thank you MG and Staff.

Google MapsWorst experience ever. Can't get parking close and very rude receptionist. I asked for Phenergan for allergies. I was asked to present I'd even though I had been there before and never been asked. I was told it was for legal reasons. I have checked all information and several pharmacies and it is legal, they just need to verbally have your info for labelling. Some medications, including those that contain pseudoephedrine do require id. This one does not. I. had to walk back to my car and get it. And that wasn't close. I explained my frustration and I was told to go and get served by the pharmacist and see if they want my id. I asked for my id back multiple times, eventually got it back so I could leave and never go back.
