Google MapsAbove and beyond - it's the best way I can describe the service here. The staff know we have a child with complex needs, and always ask about any over the counter meds to ensure they're not for him to avoid any medication reactions. I've just seen one of the staff come into the mall to support another customer - they're so kind and caring. All of the staff are helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Store owner works there too which is very comforting as a client

Google MapsI am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your service. Upon returning home, I discovered that my prescription was incomplete—specifically, four antibiotic tablets were missing. When I returned to collect the remainder, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake or any form of apology offered. This level of service is unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning in the future.

Google MapsCarolyn (hope that’s spelt correctly) from Terry White St Agnes SA, was absolutely amazing. The store was flat out from 8:30am & she was so kind, helpful & informative to all customers she served in front of me alongside the phone calls she was taking. I had some questions about a form that I needed to lodge & medical supplies she was so helpful as well as patient with me. I really appreciate this old school genuinely caring customer service. It’s rare unfortunately these days so want to ensure she gets recognised for providing a stellar customer experience that was so authentic, considering how busy they were.
