Google MapsCalled to get a price on a script before I go there and each time I was hung up on, didn’t even get to speak to anyone.. what a joke. They were putting me through to the dispensary department and clearly they can’t answer the phone. Once is a mistake twice sure isn’t. If your too busy maybe ask someone to call back, disgrace.

Google MapsThis being my 100th review on Google I felt the need to expand on my experience using this service. I've found that my best reviews have come finding places that people wouldn't actually bothering reading, instead usually just checking the 'star ratings' and not much else. Often the star rating is what people would check for a restaurant or somewhere that they would visit for entertainment. These types of places would have hundreds of reviews and some very brief information, usually in the knowledge that many aren't actually reading them. Large franchise places often don't have much opinion or interaction reviews written up on them. This is because the reviewer doesn't believe that there's any reason to. I can understand this because if thousands of people everyday visit one of these locations across Australia and they offer the same product or service why bother, right? Most would reply yes, why bother spending time writing a review when you can select the star rating and go on to say everything was as expected. I know this because 80% of my 99 own reviews have been exactly that. That's when I thought to myself, what if I answered the question no. No, I want to know what I should expect of a franchise location in a random suburb. Think of a local petrol station, not one found on a major highway or intersection just your local run-of-the-mill Aussie servo. No one really writes reviews on these, instead they just select the associated star rating and never really write much else. So in an effort to change that mindset amongst Google reviewers, I'll continue to write reviews like the one you're reading now in the hope that you'll educate yourself and encourage others to do the same.
