Google MapsEverytime I've been there I've been fortunate enough to be served by Zahara. Her helpfulness knows no end, and what I see from other staff is also great service, friendliness and professionalism. Five stars doesn't do them justice. Keep up the great work, please.

Google MapsAlways an “air head” vibe when I get served here. Always going through the motions of the cliche customer service retail questions with no real genuineness or empathy. Tonight I went in and it’s quiet. The young girl on the counter was obviously busy doing something on the computer / register but I politely asked if there was any of this particular brand of mens firm facial moisturiser in stock Now I get that stock can do what it’s supposed to do and be sold, however when I asked if there were anymore of this in stock, (perhaps out the back ready to be refilled for tomorrows day of trading) she instantly responded with “It’s whatever’s there” so I processed the reply and said “so there’s nothing in the stock room or anywhere else? (Wow they train people to read minds these days ) Try harder and think of that good old thing that’s blatantly dying a death- it’s called customer service!!!!! The youth could have replied with let me check that for you or “usually that’s a top seller, and from my experience it sells out, but you never know. Let me check that for you?!” Not a good experience so do better and train your staff, it’s basic retail training FFS

Google MapsI had to go to Watergardens Terry White as my smaller, local one didn’t have what I needed. As I walked in, I was absolutely delighted to be greeted by Donna who I immediately recognised from a chemist I used to visit at Airport West a number of years ago. She was always so kind and thorough and went the extra mile and provided that very rare, 5 star service. So when I walked in today I “said omg you’re that lovely lady from airport west”. After Donna helped me with everything I needed, we had worked out the last time I saw her at the previous pharmacy was 2 years ago! I’m not the kind of person that remembers everyone- but Donna made her mark on me and I’m pumped to see she’s now here! Before I popped in to Terry White I went to chemist warehouse, and the experience was not at all worth writing a positive review about. I would recommend this chemist to anyone, beautifully laid out and not crammed like that competitor. Wonderful work, team (and thanks again Donna!)

Google MapsI went for two times to get ear piercing and every time they told me that no one is available whereas they served a lady who got piercing before me and they refused. Second time they said yes and after a second they again refused and asked to wait for an hour whereas they were standing free or told me to go somewhere else. They are so confused and unprofessional.
