Our family has been fortunate to experience the value of being part of the UDC family for quite a few years now. Our disabled son feels that he is part of a caring community that provides a safe space for him to live and enjoy life to the fullest. His carers are always looking for new ways to keep him active and excited about being with them at his SIL and are always eager to take on our feedback for improvements. We’ve always found that staff at all levels are approachable and keen to hear from us, with many going the extra mile to manage unexpected difficulties during events like cyclones, blackouts, etc. We appreciate that UDC is there for our son and that they provide us with the piece of mind that allows us to get on with life. Thank you to everyone at UDC who contributes to that success.
