ClickabilityThey provide my son with a really supportive workplace and also provide mentorship. He has a mental illness and although he has qualifications, he can't find work in his chosen area. That is, until Ability Works. He really, really enjoys Ability Works. I love that they give him very different and varied tasks and move him around, so he doesn't get bored. Sometimes, when he's tired, he hears voices, and the supervisor has always been incredibly supportive, taking him to the tearoom and talking things through with him. Socially, he's making friends with people at his work, and is doing things of a weekend. I have the greatest admiration for Ability Works as a supported workshop.
