Some years ago I purchased from a highly TV , advertising company (Light and Easy) foods and it was a disaster as I got frozen lettuce, tomatoes, apples, and other items when unfrozen it was uneatable and mushy. Since I ordered from Able Foods I am absolutely happy that I changed and I can only praise the excellence of the food. I could not do it better myself, actually, I prefer it from Able Foods. The variety is great and they also cater for vegetarians as I am. Thank you for the excellent meals and the perfect service. Just forget the constant advertisers such as the above mentioned, you only have to pay for the TV advertisements.

My partner is receiving these meals from Able and has been for two or more months to date. I personally (as his Carer) chose Able Foods for many reasons. Firstly what we had seen of their meals, they looked good with plenty of variety. Then on to speaking with their staff who were more than obliging, answering all my questions pleasantly and knowledgably. Next came the ordering which is a piece of cake on their very easy to understand and operate website. Then came the delivery. Notification of delivery time and wow!!! Right on time. If only Australia Post and others could take a leaf out of their book. Then came actually trying the meals. Can we complain? Definitely NOT. Have not had a failure yet. And portions are plenty. I also should mention, that I am very impressed that Dillon Allcott employs people with Disabilities. I find that very admirable and to help keep them in work, we will keep purchasing from Able Foods.

I have had a few orders from Able Foods, Some from the pureed menu and some from the standard menu. Standard menu: Overall, I would say it’s generally really good, Few misses here and there such as lacking flavour or chewy meat But that’s as to be expected. Portion sizes overall pretty good, Some particular meals are on the smaller side. The puréed menu: fabulous, Really filling large portion sizes. Only wish it had some more dairy free options As there’s only two, This leaves me having to order from the standard menu and texture modify at home Will definitely keep ordering from Able Foods in the future

The cyclone impact on the Gold Coast was significant in places, just as it was elsewhere in Queensland & northern New South Wales and your primary focus is your customers.
