Google MapsThanks to George, who quickly posted my new aqua coloured folding walking stick to me after buying it over the phone. He also replaced the rubber end with the triangular one I wanted. Good service!

Google MapsI drove 2 hours to the store want to buy a walker for my parents. Staff Ana explained the products in English and Chinese. It’s amazing, her Chinese is very good, the explanation is very helpful.customer service is very good. When she understood the current physical condition of my parents, She gave me professional and correct advice, eventually I chose the products I really needed for my parents. Thank you Ana! I recommend this store to everyone because they can help you find the products you need according to your needs. It is really for the patients or the elderly and those who need help. I will visit this store again in the future.

Google MapsAll the way from the Gold Coast in Queensland to Bentleigh in Victoria, I’ve received the most amazing Customer Service from the Staff at Able Me in Bentleigh. I’d purchased a Day’s 2 in 1 Transit Rollator, for my Husband, but the Company that I’d purchased it from wasn’t available to assist me at that time. Undertaking some Internet research, I located and then phoned Able Me, where I was initially greeted by Adrian. Explaining the issue I had, which I confessed was created by myself, and was definitely not the fault of the product, Adrian reassured me that they, would be there to assist me. I was then asked if I could email some photos (a photo says a thousand words, as the saying goes), which I did, and within about 5 minutes, I received a return phone call from Able Me, it was Anastasia, who stated that she could help me further. Our phone conversation commenced with both Anastasia (Ana) and Adrian. With an exceptional caring attitude, I was given very understandable verbal instructions, and then an emailed image was offered, and then sent to assist me further, which was great. Verbal instructions can sometimes be slightly difficult for some, so to really ensure that I wasn’t left without a solution, they immediately created a Video especially to assist me. Everything on that Video was verbally explained, and visually shown. Ana waited to make sure that the attachment had arrived and was viewable. Everything was so precise in that Video, and I knew exactly what I could do to resolve the issue that I’d created. After this experience, it was very obvious to me that this wasn’t just Customer Service, but instead they have all the knowledge, and that good old fashioned ‘hands on practical know-how,’ which is exceptionally rare these days. They know what they are talking about, and have the capabilities of being able to follow through to achieve the correct outcome. Totally amazing.’ I sincerely could not believe the extent of the Customer Service that was given to assist me, which did resolve that issue. I’ve had great Customer Service from many Companies over the years, but nothing could compare to the incredible assistance that I was given by Anastasia and Adrian from Able Me, as their dedication to Customer Service just shone through. To receive such a high level of Customer Service from a Company, only reinforces the fact that the next time we need to purchase anything associated with Mobility, we’ll be contacting Able Me first. We all need to support this Company, as they will be there for us if we need them.

Google MapsFrom the moment we walked into AbleMe, their person-centred approach supported us every step of the way. Mum wasn’t sure what she wanted to purchase, but the staff were incredibly supportive, answering all our questions and offering guidance throughout. We left the store with far more information than when we arrived. They tailored the experience to Mum so she received the best value. The team also helped walk the products out to the car, gave us helpful tips on maintenance and servicing, and reassured us that we could bring it back if we had any issues. We sincerely thank all the staff at AbleMe for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a walker or wheelchair for someone they love. Warm Regards Gail.S

Google MapsWe recently visited Able Me in Bentleigh for a wheelchair, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand our needs before recommending the right options. What stood out most was the genuine care and support—they weren’t pushy at all and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. The range of products was great, and we felt confident that we were getting quality equipment backed by a team that knows what they’re doing. It’s reassuring to have a local supplier who provides not only good products but also that old-fashioned service that makes such a difference. Highly recommend Able Me for anyone needing mobility solutions in the Bentleigh area.
