Google MapsI sprang my ankle playing tennis a week ago and was told by my gp to buy some moon boots for the injury. Visited the store and was welcomed by the lady staff(should’ve caught her name). She sat me down and catered to my needs very professionally with care. She helped me put the boots on and explained to me how to use them. The entire experience was very pleasant and I would recommend anyone who’s looking for mobility equipments to come here!

Google MapsI would highly recommend AbleMedilink. I went there looking for a walker/rollator for my Mom as she's lacking stability and finding it hard to walk by herself. Ana, who served me, was lovely. She showed and compared for me a number of walkers they had in the shop and I was so impressed with her knowledge and attitude that I immediately went home and came back with Mom so she could try different walkers for herself. Ana patiently and cheerfully showed and explained different walkers to Mom, who then made an informed decision in choosing one that suited her the best. It has now been a number of weeks since we bought it and Mom is very happy with her decision. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone. It's truly is a great service with a lovely smile.

Google MapsDue to a hip issue I had been looking for a chair for a long time. Then I came across one that was advertised as very helpful to those with hip injuries. I sit for most of the day for work and decided the normal office chairs weren't doing much to help. Several unsuccessful attempts from a different more local supplier to get any service, and very frustrated, i came across Dimitri and he was to say the least, exceptional. He sorted out some initial advertising issues quickly and efficiently and honored everything he said. Once ordered he got the chair out the next day. It was a fantastic experience as compared to the the original company I was dealing with. I will only be using their services if I need anything in future . Thank you Dimitri

Google MapsWe would like to highly commend the level of service we received at your Bentleigh Store (5 Nicholson St) recently. The young lady who attended to our needs was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much bother and her bright, bubbly personality was a real winner. She had an excellent knowledge of the products we were after and took the time to see that one of the purchases (forearm crutches) fitted properly. Highly recommend this excellent shop.
