We have been receiving in home support for our 6 year old son with special needs for 2 years now. It has been a pleasure working with the admin team. My son's carer is an absolute God send and we feel like she is part of our family and my son absolutely loves her.

Used the home help and personal services over a 12 month period for a TAC claim. Had to wait 6 weeks to get a home help person, 20% of the service was lost due to people not turning up without any notice from the provider even though they were aware of annual leave being taken. I would not use the service again as they were too unreliable and the quality of work performed was not consistent.
