Google MapsZane was amazing troubleshooting our frustratingly erratic Foxtel connection after 5+ hours on the phone to Foxtel help desk over a number of days and at the end of our tether with no solutions despite repeating the same actions as directed time after time. Despite being as stumped as us at first, Zane’s expertise found a workaround and for the first time in more than three months we have both live tv and Foxtel!!! Saved our sanity - cannot thank you enough!!
