ABX Electronics did a fantastic job with our TV installation. They were affordable, professional, and went the extra mile by adding a power point at no extra charge. They’re very easy to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Agreed to install TV Saturday morning 9am, Today at 2 pm on a Friday called to asked if they could install early, I said yes as my partner happened to be home and they came around at 2:45 for installation and that was no dramas. I got home later from work realise the TV was sitting about 10-20cm cm higher than it originally was, Also asked if they could take the old TV and old box and leave me the new box and this was all okay before they arrived. After seeing the TV was sitting higher I thought I’ll have to take the TV off and redo it so I took the TV off the wall so there was no point to the install. I went out to the garage to get a drill and realised they had put the new box in the garage and taken the old but left me rubbish and Also broke the Styrofoam inside the box. So I thought I’d give Zane a quick call to see if insulation meant moving the bracket up or down and why the Styrofoam had been broken in the old box and why he didn’t take the rubbish. This phone call was okay at first with Zane but when I mentioned about the box Zane got his back up and got angry and told me that I was a difficult customer to deal with. That was quite surprising as we had changed our plans to around him as he changed the time on when he wanted to install as he said his offsider needed to leave work to go pick up his children. (I had only spoken to Zane twice twice the initial phone call for the Saturday morning installation and the Friday phone call asking if he can come out earlier). Zane then got angry and said we don’t work Saturdays, we were doing a favour for you but that was never told to me when we pre-booked on the Saturday morning. Zane also started to complain and said all our other clients don’t expect to keep their boxes so why did you need to keep yours? We keep our box just in case we move homes. Very disappointed by the service As I need to reinstall the TV anyway so they were really pointless to coming out, I Have also made a complaint with The good guys as they were the ones to hire him, the good guys are now resourcing me New Styrofoam for my box. Zane was really good on the phone but after this conversation he was quite rude and abrupt and he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. I won’t be using this company again and when order from good guys, I’ll be asking not to use this business.

Not only were they efficient, but the communication and quality of the installation was exceptional. Anything from antenna installations to home theatre setups, don’t waste your time ringing around.
