Google MapsI attend their physiolates classes and have been doing so for 2 years. It is the best thing I've ever done for my health. I have also seen 2 of their physiotherapists for back issues and they were both highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

Google MapsFIONA - Massage Therapist After difficulties with my body being out of alignment and repressed emotions being held in my body, I sought out Fiona, Ace Sports's Massage Therapist. Fiona's massages are the best I've had - the pressure being just right. I feel Fiona really listens to me and adjusts the massage to my needs each time I attend. I leave her clinic feeling like a marshmellow ! 😀 Physically, I'm gaining more movement in my body but I'm also releasing deep pain and trauma that resides within me. Fiona's extensive knowledge and abilities to work with the body as a whole and clear trapped energy, along with her encouraging advice and feedback are supporting me to release and free myself from all past trauma and pain to become a more happier and a more capable human being.
