All my experiences with Ace have been amazing. The staff is super friendly, understanding and go above and beyond to help you with any problems you might have. Trupti the pilates instructor has to be the best instructor I've had for any gym/yoga/pilates classes I've done. She modifies the class to what you need most, is very knowledgeable and amazing at what she does (even if it means sore muscles from working hard!). I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for Trupti and the team at Ace, I wouldn't be moving as well as I can.

The counter staff are friendly and super helpful. Ben, the exercise physiologist, is outstanding. I am seeing him for rehab, his knowledge is excellent and he has just the right amount of push and encouragement to get the best out of you. Highly recommended. Easy to get a park too!

Saw Stephanie at this practice who was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgeable and definitely has many years of experience. She took the time to understand my history and also explained why and what was causing the pain. One of the best Physio's I have seen, would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had been a long-time patient of Atim before Josh took over the business, and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. Over the past 3 years, Josh has provided excellent care with thorough assessments, clear treatment plans, and great results for my low back and shoulder issues. I especially liked the Active Release Techniques used throughout treatment. Highly recommended.
