Google MapsDrivers were extremely kind and punctual, helping me get both to and from Canberra Airport and Queanbeyan. The return service driver even arrived 10 minutes early, which was a great relief as I had an early morning Sunday flight and was concerned I’d have no alternative form of travel. Highly recommend pre-booking as it saves you the hassle and stress of waiting around.

Google MapsFantastic service! Arrived early but didn’t “beep the horn” which was perfect. Friendly driver who also appreciated it was also 445 am and I wasn’t really up for a chat. Usually book an uber, but needed confirmation my transport would Show up …. Glad I booked a taxi this time . Great service …. Thanks

Google MapsThe app was easy to navigate and I was able to book a 4am cab to the airport a week in advance. On the day the driver showed up on time and all went smoothly. I was able to alter the booking at any time prior in the app and reminder messages were also sent a day prior. Definitely recommend

Google MapsDVA made booking. Received confirmation message - good - cab didn’t arrive not arrive. Rang contact number told booking had been cancelled by local office. No reason no message. Second cab despatched confirmation message received but pick up time was 2359. Had to ring again. Can did eventually turn up so response was quite good. Staff were at all times apologetic and helpful - system needs a long hard look
