Google MapsExtremely punctual! My return trip was booked but I'd finished my appointment 45 minutes early. I called to see if it was possible to get an earlier cab and he arrived in five minutes. The operator was polite and friendly. Pleasant drivers and clean, well maintained vehicles. I was impressed!! I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you for making what could have been an anxious trip run so smoothly.

Google MapsDO NOT ENGAGE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY. I have been a loyal customer of ACT cabs for over three decades now and unfortunately they are not the service based company that they used to be. They are more than happy to lie to you. I called and booked a taxi and was told it was on the way and after waiting for 35mins when I called back I was told that there wasn't a car in the area so I could not be given an ETA. That's fine I get it but why didn't you just say that in the first place. As much as I hate to say it, there is a reason why rideshares are taking most of the ACT cabs business and unfortunately this is the first time I've had to see it first hand. Pity.

Google MapsThe driver was super friendly and respectful. He was an excellent driver. Some taxi drivers drive too fast, stopping suddenly and rushing in and out of the traffic and that makes me feel car sick. Today’s taxi ride was the best and I have no hesitation recommending Muhammad as an excellent taxi driver. Cheers Janice
