Google MapsWe were very pleased with our ACT cabs driver this morning as we had some issues trying to locate the Canberra Civic Coach stop the day before. The cab arrived on time and the driver followed one address and then checked the booking details before finding the bus stop for the Interstate buses. We were very relieved and thankful that this driver had taken care to get us and our bags safely to our destination. We were very impressed with this service!

Google MapsOverall we were quite impressed with ACT Cabs. We booked online and the driver arrived 10 minutes early. The cab was clean and the driver was professional. However, we were quoted $52 on the app for our ride and we ended up being charged $72. I find a nearly 40% increase between the quoted fare and the final fare disconcerting. The quoted fare should be very close to the actual fare so customers can make an informed decision.
