Google MapsBooked 13cabs Canberra 24 hours in advance for an airport trip and they simply didn’t show up. No notification, no courtesy call — nothing. When I rang to find out what was going on, I was told they didn’t have enough cars available. If you can’t honour a booking made a full day earlier, don’t take it in the first place. I was left scrambling for alternative transport and almost missed my flight. Completely unreliable and unacceptable service. Would not use again, I can see why Uber does so well.
