Google MapsMy elderly client fractured her left toe and was advised to to get a moon boot. As she is 88 years old, bending down to tighten the foot straps was too difficult for her but Actimed had another solution (without breaking the bank). Sala (sales lady) was extremely helpful with her advice and recommendations. Thank you!

Google MapsGreat customer service. Was looking for an ankle strap and wrist wraps and they answered all questions I had patiently. Also had a problem with the ankle strap tearing a couple of weeks after purchase and they replaced it without hesitation.

Google MapsDo not use this company, it is fraud. I submitted my order and put my credit card details and address, then I receive a call from them that I must pay an extra $13 for the delivery. I explained that the the order says it is shipment free but they refused to send the order without delivery charge. I called them before submitting the order and said that I live in Sydney. the lady on the phone did not mention anything about the delivery. Now I need to cancel my credit card as I am pretty sure they will use it illegally. Complete illegal and fraud actions. do not use them or purchase from them.😡😡😡😡😡
