Google MapsI bought a hinge knee brace ($240), had it on for 5 minutes in the car and I took it off as it was causing a lot of pain. I went back a few days later to exchange or return it and they said due to hygiene reasons they are not able to take it. They said if I had brought it back straight away they would’ve considered it...even though they were closing 10 minutes after I had left the shops. I was not made aware verbally or visually of the exchange policy and it wasn’t mentioned on the receipt either. The counter I paid at did not have a sign of the policy whereas the other counter did. As an allied health professional I won’t be recommending their services.
