I asked to use them short term and was excepted but they never contacted me for pick ups i had to call them.I have just had brain surgery I have an appointment with a neurologist on monday I contacted great community transport and was put on a pending list I was told I would get a call Friday afternoon.and they couldn’t call me had to organise a taxi to and from katoomba hospital as a pentioner and single mum of a disabled boy who is recovering From a major op I find it rude on there behalf.
