Google MapsMy mother had to be accessed to show that she can not get on a bus. 3 times they have sent a bus to pick her up. Her notes say DO NOT SEND A BUS. They have no care and are if you ask me useless. Avoid if possible because they don't do what the client have requested. Very poor service with how they have treated my mother.

Google MapsI am so disappointed with this company, after making arrangements for this company to pick up my mother for a medical appointment, confirmed pick up time for 9:45 via community bus, a independent taxi arrived, 45 mins early, beeping for her in the driveway, my mum is 70 with lung disease, stress and rushing her is not ok. After she rushed to get ready, her taxi driver was incredibly rude, speaking on speaker phone in his language, did not acknowledge my mum until payment was due and even then just shoved the machine over his shoulder, whilst driving and still yelling on speaker phone. Dropped her off and when she asked who would be picking her up, he said ‘I don’t know’ and drove off. when I contacted the company to ask what was going on and explained what had happened, I feel I was dismissed and they really just don’t care. Made excuses, tried to blame us for the incorrect time of pickup and really just didn’t have any compassion over the situation. I asked for a follow up call and I have had nothing. This was the first time trying a transport service and putting our trust in others, we have been left so deflated and trust gone. Listening to their little jingle whilst on hold is nothing like the services they actually promise sadly.

Google MapsRob was our driver on the 19/12/24 and he was really rude to my mother and I. We rang because we were early for pick up and then we waited for a lady who came on and then had to tell Rob to stop because she forgot her medication. Meanwhile my mum is in a wheelchair and we had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes to get home which left her over due for medication. I asked if he can just drop us off and then pick her up because of this and all he said was “make a complaint through the office!” Not impressed with Robs attitude and he needs an employee review ASAP!!
