Google MapsSo happy and grateful so all the staff at Active One who have been so helpful in getting me on track with my health. Willing to meet me where I’m at and personalise plans because one size fits all just doesn’t work. I’m in a fat body and a big advocate of health at ever size practices and although they aren’t HAES listed I’ve found everyone’s approach as gentle dietetics and care. Barb, Lisa and Scarlett are all gems and so experienced in their fields.

Google MapsI rang this office and explained what my needs were. I was told that before I could be given any information regarding available appointments, or anything else, I needed to filll out a form. I filled out the form which involved me giving this business a lot of mine and my childs personal information. I was then contacted and told they don't offer the service I require. Why couldn't the receptionist have explained this on the phone? It was a long drawn out process which could have been avoided. I object to having to pass all my details including my childs NDIS number and funding amount, before I am even given an appointment.
