She explained everything in easy to understand terms. I walked in feeling extremely swollen and uncomfortable and left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!

Google MapsAfter 8 years of pain free living following a major spinal fusion, I started experiencing chronic back pain which persisted for 2 years straight. I saw countless physio’s and doctors who diagnosed me with everything from a possible auto immune disease to further spinal failure. I eventually saw a spinal surgeon who told me that my spine was fine and what I had going on was a muscular issue of sorts and I require physio - but I just needed to find the ‘right person’. This ultimately led me to Katherine and her team and after several months of hard work, I can say that for the first time in 2 years I am completely pain free again. I have some slight aches and pains, that’s normal - but I have my life back and I’m not sure I would have made it to this point without Katherine’s help.
