Truly Life-Changing Care I just want to express my deepest gratitude to Katherine at Active Time Physio. I’ve been recovering from shoulder surgery for almost a year, and she has been with me every step of the journey. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care have made all the difference. Katherine is a fantastic physio. She listened to my issues and addressed them. In the space of 3 visits I am walking very well and feeling much better in myself. I’ve been seeing Katherine for a year now. Initially for lymphatic drainage for lymphoedema and now I attend her Pilates classes as well. I will soon commence a prehab program for dodgy knees. Katherine’s made me feel welcome with her kindness, her welcoming nature, her knowledge and she is just a lovely person. Attending any service as an overweight person with chronic conditions is always daunting but Katherine has never made me feel uncomfortable at all. I am doing more than I was 12 months ago that’s for sure and have plans to get moving even more - all thanks mostly to her encouragement. Highly recommend her services.

Catherine is amazing and has done so much for me with helping me walk again. The physio program is so much better than the physio I was receiving in hospital. I have no doubt Catherine will have me walking in no time. She has such a beautiful personality and is so calm and explains everything so well. All the ladies at Active Time Physio are lovely - it's such a welcoming place to go into and the atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming.

Kathryn is amazing! Knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I love the small class sizes for the reformer pilates. I feel safe being guided by a physio to participate in exercises that work best for aging and over weight body. It's great to be able to work with people that care about their clients long term.
