Aged Care & Medical were able to deliver the required rental equipment (hoist) promptly. Their team arrived in uniform and were very professional. Upon their visit, they were also able to assist with a ramp and handrail to ensure the participant could continue to be mobile safely in their home. Their customer service team were friendly and kept us informed on delivery dates and stock availability. I highly recommend the team and will be sure to book them again!

Would have given them no stars if that was possible. Terrible customer service. Was told apon hiring that I would be contacted to see if we needed an extension on the hire when the rental time was up. Was then rung 2 weeks late and was told they had tried to contact me regarding whether the walker was still needed but they didn't receive a response. Checked recent calls and voicemails but no such call ever received. Returned the walker and was told the office would get in contact to refund bond. Had to ring after 3 weeks to ask for money back. Sent bank details and received confirmation email. Waited another 10 days still no refund. Rang again and was told no details were received. Bond refund was processed, minus 2 weeks hire . Would never deal with these peopl;e again.
