From the start, Selina provided exceptional customer service — she was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I required, and she delivered on every promise. Selina was an absolute delight to deal with. So lovely, polite, and never once rushed me. She also made sure the recliner chair I urgently needed for my brother was sent out as quickly as possible. It arrived today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The delivery team, Lindsay and Greg, were just as wonderful — friendly, professional, and very efficient during the delivery process.
