Google MapsI knew a little about Ayurveda before, my first appointment with Niveen. However, after a few appointments Niveen provided me with so much more than just additional content about Ayurveda. Niveen has a lovely energy and is very welcoming. The program and practices were easy to follow and I always felt I could take them on slowly without pressure to change everything immediately. I feel much brighter and have more clarity after seeing Niveen.

Came in contact with Niveen through website and really appreciate her for understanding my suffering and provided me few basic tips to come over it. She provided me proper meal plans and some yoga exercise and breathing exercises. Her time to time follow up also helped to keep my routine up to date. I am feeling much better now.
