Google MapsI first contacted Niveen at Ananda Wellness because I was feeling tired and sluggish and I was getting sick a lot. I was looking for a long term solution to improve my overall sense of wellbeing without filling my body with pharmaceuticals! Ananda Wellness helped me by identifying a few small changes that I could integrate into my daily routine. Niveen designed a treatment plan that was easy to follow and best of all, the meal plan was delicious! The result was astounding. In 4 weeks I felt better than I had in many many months and people were noticing. Several people commented that my skin was glowing and wanted to know what I had done! I particularly loved the holistic approach to the treatment plan and how easy it was to follow. My favourite part is the abhyanga (full body massage) that leaves me feeling like I’m on cloud 9. I would recommend Ananda Wellness to people who are looking for sustainable wellness solutions or even those who just want to indulge in a beautiful, relaxing treatment every now and then.

Google MapsI saw Niveen for chronic dermatitis. She said it would take time and it is healing slowly with her help, advice and suggestions. I did a 2-week cleanse and changed my diet to eat more well-cooked vegetables etc. Niveen is very knowledgeable, caring, intuitive and full of good Ayurvedic tradition and principles.

I love that Ayurveda is a holistic practice that treats mind, body, and soul as one and recognises the inherent links between these aspects of our self - I was presenting with physical symptoms that could not be solved through our western medical system, and Niveen helped me to explore how my mental state and emotions have such a big impact on my physical health. The treatment plan was easy to follow and incredibly effective, the abhyanga massage was divine, and above all it was such a pleasure to connect with a practitioner who has such deep knowledge and broad understanding. Thank you Niveen, I feel better than I ever have and am excited for this journey to continue.
