We all have times in our lives where we can face many challenges that may seem too overwhelming at times to deal with these challenges alone. When you may feel at times there is something wrong, with the direction your life is taking your instincts will let you know. Its then up to you, what you do about it. LIFE WILL TEST US NOW & THEN… You have the choice of changing the path you are on & finding the one you feel more connected to, or you can remain where you are & have a continuing uphill battle, trying to make your life work the way you think it’s supposed to… When I met with Kym my counsellor for the first time, there was a genuine sincere connection of caring & certainly of understanding, my crossroads with life without going into detail…We all need help at various stages in our life & seeing a counsellor certainly doesn’t make you a weak person nor fragile…. What it will give you is the empowerment you are wanting to make changes within or with your direction in life by having Kym work through with you patiently to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviours, with a goal of facilitating positive change.
