Google MapsHorrible practice — do not expect your money back even if you have been mistreated. Apparently “everything stays in this room” is equivalent to “I will tell my colleague about that thing you’ve been struggling for years to even speak about, to ask for advice”…

Google MapsI do not recommend. I have wasted a lot of time and taken my child out of school for these appointments, not to mention the money wasted. Never got anywhere with Janina (the principal of this practice) in regards to my sons progress and she was irritable at every appointment. We took a break from her due to no success and then decided to come back as my son needed the help again. This time around Janina and her intern had my son in a room without a guardian or family member, and forced him to let them invade his privacy and go through his phone as he felt like he was going to get into trouble. My son is 11 years old and still a minor. Janina will also take money from your bank account without consent. This is stealing. It won't surprise me if this practice comment back to this with false information as they were trying to do the same when I email Janina with my concerns. Save your time and money and pick a child friendly professional, as this is not what Janina is.

Google MapsI engaged APEX Psychology for counselling services for my daughter and was extremely disappointed. In my experience, Hiro Kobayashi’s approach lacked transparency, and communication was poor throughout. I felt that my concerns were repeatedly ignored or dismissed, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a parent. The overall process did not meet the standard I would expect from a counselling service. I do not recommend APEX Psychology and would encourage others to carefully consider whether this provider is right for their family.
