They're a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...very caring and has the ndis participant best interest at heart...and they wear their hearts on their sleeves .....they look at their roles as a vocational practice not a job...try them you won't be disappointed....we've been more blessed than i wouldve ever expected from a plan manager....they work tirelessly , so much and we couldn't do their job.. I'm glad I was led to them .....we are more than grateful to everyone at aspect , our supports are Rochelle & Olivia...two warm hearted ladies I can always have a laugh with...we are indebted to aspect plan management , and I pray the ndis will one day recognise what a mighty job they do and increase their abysmal pay , which is only $104 and a few cents once a month !!!...I really pray they see what a great asset plan managers are...as they do a lot more than support coordinators do....we are grateful to you aspect ...and pray for super energy for you to keep on keeping on... lots of love from Mona & Michael 🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻
**WARNING** AVOID WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD ⭐ Review of Aspect Plan Management – Deeply Disappointed I am writing this review after what has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I have ever had with an NDIS plan manager. 1. Serious Privacy Concerns In my experience, Aspect Plan Management showed a complete disregard for privacy. Emails went unanswered, yet they contacted other people instead of me, even though I was the one who lodged the complaint. This was done behind my back and without any reasonable explanation. 2. Unauthorized Access to My Plan They gave plan access and budget access to someone I never consented to. This is not a minor oversight—it’s a significant breach of trust and demonstrates a disturbing lack of proper processes. They also had my state listed wrong and set it up incorrectly. 3. Incompetent Invoice Handling With Real Consequences Their improper handling of invoices resulted in the closure of a medical account, which meant I suddenly couldn’t access essential medical supplies. I received no apology until I specifically requested one. The level of carelessness here was shocking, and i had to follow up to get it resolved. 4. Poor Understanding of NDIS Requirements They demonstrated a clear lack of understanding of my NDIS plan, disability supports, and even ignored a specialist podiatry letter for off the shelf low cost AT reimbursement, as well as two separate letters from two different LACs. These supports were explicitly listed in my plan, yet they still failed to recognise them. 5. Chronic Communication Issues Communication was consistently poor. Emails were ignored, updates weren’t provided, and attempts to clarify issues went nowhere. Their office is frequently uncontactable, and calls often ring out with no one responding. ⸻ Overall Based on my experience, Aspect Plan Management has shown: • A lack of professionalism • Poor communication • Minimal understanding of NDIS processes • Little regard for privacy and consent • Repeated failures that directly harmed my access to supports I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable or competent NDIS plan management.
Aspect have been very good to me, they have had excellent communication, and am able to see anything i need at any time. If i call them i dont have to wait an hour, its quick, polite people that help answer anything you may ask. Thanks guys
Aspect Plan Management has been a superb help for my daughter and my family. They are efficient, polite and helpful, and have made it far easier for me in managing the financial and practice side of my daughter's NDIS funded services. Thanks!
Cecilia from Aspect Plan Management has been absolutely incredible. Her customer service is outstanding — she went above and beyond today to help resolve a billing issue I was dealing with. She was proactive, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. I’m so grateful for her help today. Thank you, Cecilia.
