Aspect Plan Management

Aspect Plan Management are amazing and very patient. With me being new to NDIS I had a thousand questions all of which were answered clearly and with understanding and promptly. They are professional and very kind from the very first phone call they proved themselves with their ability to problem solve and quickly rectify a situation I had, which showed me that I needed them onboard, and I haven’t looked back.

The team at Aspect are amazing! Especially helpful in navigating the NDIS, it’s structure, the fantastic services provided by them, and the NDIS scheme as a whole. Understanding the NDIS can be difficult - Maz and the team at Aspect have made it so much easier! Invoices are paid quickly and there’s always someone to talk to! I found Aspect through Karista and their lovely staff. The whole experience has been great. Would highly recommend.

I would like to say that so far I’m impressed with your services and care. As you do go out of your way to find and ensure that your client is ok and is there anything else that you can out help with whilst I was waiting for my services face to face of getting the ball rolling. Now that we are out of lockdown and I’m starting to get my services physio, as I’d my physio assessment yesterday and start actual physio/excerise therapist next week. Others are still a little wait time but all good thank you. I would recommend you people to anyone with no problem at all.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Aspect. The monthly statements and invoices are prompt and clear.
