Google MapsDon't normally write reviews but these guys deserve a shout out as they are in it for the long haul. Posture, technique, ROM focus before increasing resistance. Exercise modifications made to suit my limitations due to age, injury and personal goals. Just dam nice people too.

Google MapsI went to see Amy for a sports massage, after weeks of bring in so much pain feeling so exhausted as I was unable to relax. I was amazed when I woke the next morning and realised I had woken for the first time in weeks and was not in instant pain…. I could breathe and move without the pain. I’ve had lots of massages but have never found such significant results after just 1 session. I highly recommend Amy at Athletic Base. Amy you are amazing, thank you ☺️
