Google MapsIt's been 2 years since I wrote this review originally, details in the last paragraph. A more recent experience with a new client has shown that Aver Plan Managers have not changed. 15 days after an invoice was due, I asked the participant to follow up because Aver insisted they'd paid the invoice, despite the amount for the invoice they gave me being totally incorrect. A simple bank transaction and Xero reconciliation demonstrated they hadn't paid anything. The participant responded, telling me that Aver said it was already paid. Shortly after I got the remittance, no money as yet and we're now at day 19 after the invoice was issued. Worst. Plan manager. Ever. Original review: Doesn't pay providers in NDIS standard time frames and lies to participants about realities of said time frames. Disappointing because the people who lose are the participants.

Google MapsNo accountability for their own (admitted) accounting errors, consequently my client now has no services due to no budget! Support workers owed money, seemingly refusing to pay and stalling with any excuse. Frequently 3 weeks between sending invoice and payment. Not sure what's going on there and whether this is a recent drop in service, but not good.
