Returning phone calls doesn’t seem to be their strong point. Funny though, they were amazing at calling me back right up until they started taking my money. Then the communication magically disappeared.

Absolutely useless! Ever since they started using off-shore workers for their phones and email workers, I can't get a hold of anyone ever! Do not use Aver unless you love being on hold for 45 minutes each time!
