She was very accommodating to all of our questions, she created many quotes for us for all the different options we were considering. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make the decision of which bed to purchase to suit our needs. This lovely lady deserves a payrise and the highest praise! Google MapsPurchased a mattress from Bedshed: - the bad part, we didn’t get an order confirmation just a quote number and a printed receipt of the amount we paid. It’s been 10 days since we ordered, not 14 working days yet however, we still haven’t heard anything about delivery or when it’s estimated to come. Especially after paying quite a high fee to get the mattress delivered too. - the good bits, the staff were so nice, helpful and knowledgeable, mattresses were comfortable and a great price. We went to look in a few other stores and then came back to Bedshed to place our order as nothing else compared to the quality and price that Bedshed offered. They also had good offers for the mattress protectors to be added in with your purchase too. I will update and upgrade the review once we receive delivery and have slept on our new mattress :) - Update the mattress is so good we’ve had it for a couple of months now and our sleep is 10/10!

Google MapsI can’t praise the staff at Bedshed highly enough. The service I received on my first visit was amazing. Saw Rachel who was extremely patient with me, really very knowledgeable on all the beds, made sure I got what I needed, which took time. I never felt rushed to make my purchase, even when I finally did and they’d typed up my purchase I changed my mind. That was not a drama, they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I trialled it for a few weeks but wasn’t suitable for me so I had a month to trial and return if not happy. Went back to them to find another and unfortunately I wasn’t in a good headspace this time snd they were all so compassionate and caring when I kinda lost it. They were very sympathetic and told me to come back when I was feeling better. They bent over backwards to help me with a swap and give me the best possible price to upgrade a little. So impressed with the staff from this store .. thank you Jackie, Rachel and Brady, you’re all amazing and you’re very passionate about your role there. Have no hesitation in recommending this store at Joondalup, definitely a 10/10
