Rachel was friendly & helpful without putting pressure on us to buy what we didn't want or need. She was professional & put our quote together very efficiently. Thankyou so much Rachel. 😊 Harley & Liam just delivered our bedroom furniture & mattress. They were friendly, enthusiastic and did a great job lifting all those heavy items upstairs. Lovely young men! We highly recommend them. Well done! 😉 Now Derek has just assembled our king bed & even put the mattress on for us. We can't believe how fast he was! 🤩 It would have taken us days with lots of arguments! Derek, you are amazing! Thankyou so much & well done! 😊 The whole experience at Bedshed Joondalup was great & adding on the assembly service was money well spent. 🤑 We love our new bed and mattress! Thankyou, James & Kat 🥰

We had very good customer service from Sedi at Bed Shed Joondalup. After explaining what we were after she suggested 4 or 5 mattresses, let us try them as many times as we liked and then gave us space to think and chat which we really appreciated. Also the chance to try it for 30 days and if we’re not happy we can exchange it for a different one was a nice touch

I have just recently moved to WA and had all bedrooms to furnish. Jackson, Katie and Eric were awesome. Every request was handled and super customer service. I got delivery and assembly and the boys were brilliant. Very polite, friendly and gentle with the items.

We had a lovely experience shopping for an adjustable base and mattress combo with Freya at Bedshed Joondalup for my grandparents. She was so patient and polite and took the time to look up what products they had in stock, and when we could get the earliest delivery while also making sure we were looked after with pillows and additional accessories. Definitely will make Bedshed the first place to go for any future bedding needs.

Eric and his team at Bedshed Joondalup offer amazing customer service! They are incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable about their products, and very supportive throughout the whole process. They offered us the 60-day mattress trial, which was fantastic. The delivery drivers were also amazing. After about a month, we decided to swap to a different mattress. Eric arranged the swap at no extra cost, and the delivery drivers were wonderful once again. they swapped the mattresses over, placed the new one perfectly on the bed, and took away all the rubbish. What a great service. I highly recommend Eric and his team at Joondalup Bedshed! Thank you Meegan, Cade and Family.
