I have an amazing experience all the way through the whole process and delivery, with excellent customer service and the sale's team have exceptional product knowledge!! The delivery team was very prompt and efficient with excellent customer service, I was informed I would get a phone call before it arrived which I was sceptical about. I did receive the phone call to give an estimated time and they arrived early which made the whole experience even better!! 10/10 would recommend bedshed joondalup to everyone for all of their bedroom needs!!

Google MapsOrdered the Wellard King bed from Bedshed Joondalup with delivery within the week. Liam V and Dino were prompt and friendly with the delivery, could not fault the service! The bed took a few hours to set up but overall wasn’t too complicated. It is sturdy and well made, with heaps of storage and we love the new look in our room!

Google MapsFantastic customer service from Katie and her manager today when shopping for a new mattress. Katie showed me various options to suit my sleep type with choices in different price ranges. When I asked her to show me the electronic adjustable bed base I was instantly impressed how much better for my shoulders this would be when reading in bed. All this and a new pillow for a very reasonable price. Katie made my purchasing less stressful with honest answers and no pressure selling.
