We went into the store to check out the Tempur mattresses they had in stock. At first, a salesperson approached us a couple of times, but when we told him we were just looking, he let us be. However, the next lady who came over wouldn't leave us alone, even though we told her we were fine browsing by ourselves and inserting herself into our conversations. She kept hovering around us, so we decided to head next door to Snooze and bought a Tempur base and mattress there for a much better experience.

I would not go anywhere near them again and I recommend no one does and this is beyond the damage their delivery drivers did to my brand new Tasmanian Myrtle wood floors which they are not willing to even enter conversation about restoring or paying for the restoration of. Ordered 14th of July. earliest delivery date was the 5th of August. Unfortunately this date was missed due to my payment not going through (my bad) but even if it had my suite would have been delivered sans mattress. What is the point of a bed with no mattress? The mattress would not be in until the end of that week. earliest new date was the 28th of August. They were to text me 2 hours before delivery. I got a text 13 minutes before the window they were due to show up in. They then put the tall boy in and it was obviously wonky and they left it. Once they were done they told me there was spare legs due to the frame being universal and not required on this bed. As they left I saw the massive gouge in my floor, later I found a nut which possibly caused it. Bedshed are saying this nut was a spare, but I do not believe them any more. There is also the bed head where screws have gone in so deep the melamine is exposed. The store told me this is the design of the piece

This shop is very welcoming and well set out. We were approached by Kelly, a very friendly sales person with the most lovely happy smile. She listened to our needs to set up a little girls room that allowed the suit to grow with the child. Her knowledge of the shop products was exceptional and her explanation of the pro's and con's of each to meet our needs was most appreciated. At no time did we feel pressured but valued as customers. We purchased the suit and mattress of our choice and all was delivered on time without any hiccups. The result is very happy grandparents with a very happy granddaughter. We confidently recommended Bedshed Cockburn, we will be returning and we will be asking for Kelly to assist us again.

I had been browsing around the cockburn area at diff bed shops to get a good mattress for my needs. And I searched Bedshed online and was so happy I came across their staff Priscilla. She was so helpful and did all the trying out of mattresses just over the phone. She made it so easy to make a.good choice and also helped me with discounts. I am thankful I made.the right choice of Bedshed. a mattress according to my requirements. ireq

Bought a new bed so needed a new mattress. Went here as a few stores selling similar products together. We saw 4 staff in store. We walked round a few aisles, none of the beds clearly stated firmness etc. 2 staff unpacking boxes, 2 at the desk. We stopped in the middle of an aisle and nobody could be bothered coming to serve us. This happened in another of the similar stores as well, must have made a judgement on appearance. Bought from a neighbouring store that approached us and asked if we needed some assistance. They couldn’t be bothered here.
