Google MapsIt was the experience of looking for a mattress that we’ve been looking for. Oman helped us, and she had so much care for us and our kids that came along with us. She personalised everything to our needs and made sure that we walked out of the door with everything that we needed, at a great price too. Couldn’t recommend her, and bedshed, enough.

Google MapsI purchased an almost $5000 mattress from bedshed cockburn less than 4 years ago and I have been trying to submit a warranty claim for 8 months and the customer service I have received has been horrific. The mattress needed to be professionally cleaned due to the waterproof mattress protector I was sold by bedshed failed so I had it professionally cleaned (even though I already had and had lost the receipt) spoke to the store manager who was so incredibly rude and condescending and spoke to me like I knew nothing. Submitted the new receipt and I heard nothing for 3 weeks despite me chasing up and then was met with “oh so and so was away and she has been dealing with it”. Warranty submitted and told that it was normal body impressions (the mattress is incredibly soft compared to when I brought it) but no mention of how loose the fabric was. Was told if I paid they would reconsider, wasn’t until I asked if they took it away where was I expected to sleep that there was a ‘loan’ mattress. There was no mention that the mattress protector has a warranty too (I only found that out after my close friend that works at another bedshed told me). So now not only am I out what I paid for the dud mattress, I’m expected to pay even more out of pocket to have it inspected even after the rudeness and barriers o have been met with at every point. Having purchased a similar mattress from snooze previously, the customer service I received from snooze was phenomenal. I’m very disappointed

Google MapsPoor customer service. The attitude and smugness shown by a staff member made myself walkout even though I wanted to buy the product. Went next door to snooze and they were amazing and lovely. $650 in thier pocket not bed shed and best thing I was told I wasn't the first time they have profited off the same staff member at bed shed so nice win for Snooze 😂
