Google MapsI experienced great service at Bedshed Cockburn. I purchased my new bed and it was delivered promptly on time. I had a few problems with the assembly ( only because I stubbornly tried to assemble it myself) but Priscilla has gone above and beyond to help me sort that out. Thank you to all the friendly staff and especially to Priscilla for great customer service and support. I will definitely recommend to others

Google MapsWould you buy from a place that purposely rips you off? Give it a second thought and go to another bedshed as this bedshed intentionally did just that. My daughter just turned 18 and saved for a new mattress. She purchased one at the Cockburn store. They never once told her about the 7 day price promise. The mattress took 2 weeks to arrive after being told it would be a couple of days, when she went to collect it the price was $200 less and she asked if they would honour the price as it was late and now cheaper. This is when she found out about the price promise and was told it was too late. I wonder if this is all a set up? Seeing as it conveniently is outside of the 7 days when she finally is advised it has arrived. The terms and conditions on the paperwork don’t even talk about the price promise. With the prices of things so high and people struggling you would think that it would be the decent thing to do and give the young girl her hard earned money back, but no. Shame on you Bedshed Cockburn you knew you were going to be cheaper and you intentionally deceived an 18 year old girl. My advise is buy from another Bedshed not Cockburn!

Google MapsThe lady who first helped me to in regards to finding a new matress was wonderful (5 stars for her) I wish I could remember her name as she was so helpful. Yet when it came to purchasing the item I was sent to do so with Priscilla. Priscilla's etiquette could definitely improve. Yes, you may be the manager (I think) but as a sales person you need to be able to communicate tastefully and respectfully.

Her expertise, attention to detail and impecable sales techniques made the entire experience enjoyable with a definite decision to proceed with the purchase. Priscilla took the time to make herself aware of our needs and tailored her approach to achieve a positive result. We were shown all of the relevant aspects of the product and were provided a comprehensive demonstration. Once we decided on proceeding with the purchase, Priscilla covered all of the important information relevant to delivery, care and maintenance and made us aware of the after sales service offered. I highly recommend visiting Bedshed Cockburn for anything to do with beds, furniture and accessories. Priscilla is an asset to the business and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
