Google MapsAbsolutely terrible experience with Brighter Living Australia. They took $11,000 upfront for two properties and delivered nothing of value. On top of that, one of their former employees kept the property keys and refused to return them, forcing me to spend even more money replacing locks — completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. We were passed between four different account managers, with no consistency, no accountability, and no real progress. This company seems more focused on collecting upfront fees than actually delivering results. It has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend staying far away. There are other SDA providers who don’t charge large upfront fees and only get paid when they actually deliver outcomes.
