Google MapsI just started at The Studio last week and have really been enjoying it! It can be extremely dawnting trying new classes however, the staff and trainers are so friendly and helpful, you immediately feel at ease and not embarrassed.

Google MapsThe Studio is fantastic, everyone is very friendly and highly skilled. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that as someone who is a Pilates beginner it would have been better if there was more focus on explaining the basics of pilates in the introduction class, rather than a broad brush stroke of their spaces and offerings. e.g. how you are supposed to breath in relation to your body and back etc... I had to ask an instructor a few sessions in about that and so I felt that during the first few sessions I was doing things the wrong way... nothing dangerous, just meant that I wasn't getting the most out of my class. Other than that I'd give them 5 stars for everything else...

Google MapsI have had a hip replacement and I have a double knee replacemnet scheduled for December 2021. The Studio is preparing me by helping me be strong and prepared for the operations. My limitations are always catered for and they have spoken to me about what my recovery will look like at the other end. So many types of exercise are not available to me at the moment and this is something I can do that makes me feel good. I feel energetic and healthy as well as mentally ready for what is ahead.

Google MapsI LOVE El's yoga classes, she is a beautiful soul and adapts a masculine movement to the feminine body so well. The studios are both beautiful spaces and reformer pilates is something you have to try at least once! It's as good as they say it is!

Google MapsThe Studio is such a beautiful space! They offer great classes (reformer pilates is great fun and barre kills me in the bet way!) and the staff are diligent, understanding and absolutely lovely. I'm loving working out here!
