The installers, Deano and Dan were also careful, professional and friendly. Scheduling from Radhika always kept me up to date. The sales team were super helpful too. Together they all did a great job and I’m very happy with the lift.

Google MapsWe had Luke come up to our parents place in North east Victoria to start the install of there new lift in their two story house (1st stage). Mum and dad being elderly don’t adapt to change very well and can be very stubborn at times! With the house being their first house since their wedding day, they were extremely nervous for any sort of change! Luke was extremely respectful, patient, informative and sensitive towards them and his workmanship was 1st class. Mum and Dad contacted me after Luke had finished and were very happy, saying he was a “very nice young man”. I live in WA and being the eldest son, I have been involved in the whole process of looking for a suitable lift for my parents place. Compact home lifts have been wonderful to work with from day one. No pressure at all! A very professional and personalised experience. On behalf of myself, my brothers and our parents, thank-you for such a wonderful easy process. The installers - Daniel R and Daniel P went the extra miles to make sure the everything was perfect as ours was quite a difficult installation the ceilings being very high. Both guys were extremely professional and personable. Well done.
