The Sales Rep was punctual, knew the product well and very nice to deal with. We were well informed regarding the process prior to the instsllation. The tradesmen who installed the lift we very professional & courteous. We are very happy to have the lift in place, it is already making our life easier.

The lift has made us possible to stay in our own home, as it was getting difficult to live in our double storey house. Compact Lift has delivered exactly what we have hoped for. We are extremely happy with the Compact Lift team from sales Marcus to building works team John, installation team David and Riley and managing the schedules James. They are a bunch of highly professional guys made our entire experience very smooth and enjoyable. Even after finishing the installation David and Riley offered to move the sofa back to the place, they realised we being elderly it will be hard for us.
