We have the best support worker ever! We highly recommend Concept Care to anyone who may be reluctant to take the first step in seeking support/help. Google MapsI’m not sure if all the reviews are from their staff but definitely some are as they have worked at my house! I’m an existing client at concept care and iv had nothing but intimidation from the owner if she doesn’t agree with your issues she will “punish” you with stopping support services on the spot and I mean within the hour. Happy to charge every single cent from your NDIS plan but fail to provide the care you want. She chooses your staff and times they can attend , you are not in control of choosing your own support staff. Definitely absolutely happy with my new provider

Google MapsI am very lucky to have three lovely carers from Concept Care. 1. Mahima 2. Arjimol 3 Linda Darkin They not only doing their job so well but each has shown me love and concern. They are carers that treat me with utmost professionalism over my well being! I have been suffering from stroke for six years and am semi paralyzed. Under excellent care I have managed to survive stroke as well as can be. I am still able to walk with a quad stick. I wouldn't have been able to do so without their constant assistance. It is service meted out with love!

Google MapsConcept care had really enabled my daughter to live with dignity and respect she deserves . Being affected by stroke , she was bed ridden with no proper supports for 6 years . As a single mother taking care of my daughter and her child , i was going through a lot of carer burnout and mental stress. The management of concept care treat us like their family and go beyond their duties to support us emotionally to help me rehabilitate my daughter . I will never ever find another support provider who will do what they have done for my daughter . They are in this with the right heart and right attitude. The team of support workers we have are truly a gift from god for my daughter. They have so much patience , compassion and love that i feel relieved .
