Google MapsNikki is a horrible person who doesn’t listen to the clients needs. Calling/texting at unreasonable hours even after I asked her not to. She cancelled my physio, whom I loved and was getting the help and care I need. Do not trust Concept Care with your health

Google Maps⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are so grateful to Concept Care! After our taxi transport failed to arrive and left my grandmother waiting nearly 3 hours, they stepped in immediately. Deepika and Rajesh were so friendly, supportive, and kind. They helped us get my grandma safely back to her nursing home. Their workers, Deepika and Rajesh, were absolutely amazing. So friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. They handled everything with kindness and professionalism, and made sure my grandmother got home safely and comfortably. We are so thankful for the team at Concept Care — Deepika and Rajesh especially. Highly recommend!
