The one star is for the kindness of the woman who was assigned to be my support worker. Here’s the rest. 1) Each invoice they overcharged me for the hourly fee. Only a little bit. Would not be noticeable if you weren’t paying attention. When I noticed I was told it was an “admin mistake”, and made a big song & dance about refunding me. 2) Wanted to charge me a $10 out of pocket fee, each time, for “parking expenses”. There were no parking expenses. 3) They pay their support workers less than 50% of the rate they’re charging me. 4) They’re support workers are young, international, untrained and inexperienced. From my understanding, my support worker had only the bare minimum of training in some OH&S issues. 5) When I said I’d be canceling my contract, I was told that they’d waive the $10 out of pocket fee if I stayed. (I declined). 6) My Support Coordinater had to tell them to stop trying to contact me after I’d canceled my service agreement. All over; incredibly dodgy. Even the website is dodgy with only a mobile to contact, barest information and empty stupid platitudes. They strike me as the sort who would gleefully take advantage of “clients”, if you’re not on the ball and paying very close attention. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
